Life happens and when it does, it is usually the desk in our kitchen that becomes the “catch-all” for all things.  You know, EVERYTHING – bookbags, homework, mail, paperwork to be completed, completed paperwork to be filed, bills, paid bills, cards, birthday presents, and gift cards to be used.  We need organization!!!

I had been searching high and low for something that was compact, yet hardy enough for all the ways we needed it be used.  The space we have at our kitchen desk is perfect for a computer and a place to write, but beyond that, it is just not super big.

I stumbled upon this…  Mesh Desk Organizer at Costco (goodness I could spend my life’s fortune in that store…).  It has been a SAVIOR at the desk!  I feel as though everything has a spot and every spot has a thing and I know where I can find papers I am looking for.  The kiddos know which space is for papers to be reviewed and filled out by me.  It has been such a wonderful addition to our back to school craziness.  What do you use to help stay organized?
