Oh boy do I have a very yummy treat to share with you for this summer! Pelican Snowballs!! This fabulously delicious treat is a New Orleans-style shaved ice with over 100 flavors.
Pelican Snowballs are different than icees, and they are smooth and creamy. It is very fine shaved ice and the flavors are amazing. We went there recently and Brenna and Jackson both got cake batter and it literally tasted like cake batter, not just flavored ice!
The prices are very reasonable for our family who bought 2- kiddie size (which they had a hard time finishing) and 2 regulars it was $10!!! We love to go in the evenings after dinner as a sweet treat for dessert.
Looking for a super delicious party treat, Pelican Snowballs also have a traveling food truck that can be hired go to your party, event, church or school function.
Visit Pelican Snowballs this summer Monday – Saturday from 12 pm- 10 pm and Sunday 1pm – 10 pm. Beyond their amazing shaved ice, they also have music, outdoor games for the kids to play and plenty of benches to enjoy your shaved ice. Be warned though… this is a hot spot for a super cool treat, so it may take a few minutes to wait in line, but it is well worth the wait.
